I wish that person would've added the species/age/gender of their Turtle or at least a picture on the poster. Some people would go looking around thinking it was a Tortoise. Well, I hope those who wanted to find it would call the owner for more information.
I've lost a Turtle before and it wasn't mine. I'd really love to put up Missing posters but that Turtle was lost in private property.

people around here often post signs when a pet goes missing, sometimes offering rewards for the pet's return.
usually it's done for cats and dogs - i never saw one for a turtle.
