HISTORY & CLARIFICATION
Apparently, MEGATRON can hold within his head a highly extendable-retractable reprogramming device with which he altered the programming of human-made super-computer TORQ III. Not the last time writer David Wise's ideas would be a bit, shall we say, suggestive. I did have some fun trying to make the thing look three-dimensional with shading.
