Description I carved this spoon from a nice piece of cherry. I got the wood from a old tree growing in Devon, I was working in a woodland there and saw a nice small dead limb on this tree, so I took it off and dried it out slowly for a few months. It was nice to carve, very fine grained wood and had a lovely almond type smell when you cut it.
