I'm amazed how you did the water. It's very difficult to achieve.

its easy, just playing around withnsome chalk tools, blir them uo a bit to gove it a movement motion, then add reflective tones for the sky reflecting on the water, and ripples, blur them as welll, then just the sun refletcions or highlights with pure white or in the yellow tones of white if you want to be more precise, the sea is a reflection of the sky but in a darker tone, like when its orange or purple at different times, just reflecting the sky in a ripply sort of way.
looking at rocks is a good way to look at the sea texture
