I love it! Very well done.
Overall my only critique would be to make your shadows darker, you do have some very dark shadows, but there is not much variation midtone shadows. Don't be afraid to make some of the shadows in the hat and around the edges of the face darker. It willl add more depth to the picture. (also, the lines around the face are very dark, go ahead and pull that dark into the face as well for example; blend it into the crease of the chin, the shadow of the forehead)
