The one who responsible for everything says hello to everyone! XDAs you can see, Sableye is the most suitable Pokemon to be Purple Guy (at first I wanted to draw Gengar instead of Sableye but it seemed that his body was too wide XD) so here you go ^^
The Sableye's color of his skin and eyes is based on the mascot in a show from Japan's TV series called Pokemon Sunday. Here are the links:
