I just hope Gamefreak will clarify if they have plans to patch the pokemon they're effectively killing off back in some time after launch cause we know they can now.

they are basically cutting hundreds of pokemon from the game and no I do not mean you can not catch them is galar no you literally can't use them in gen 8 because directly quoting the new interview "only Pokémon in the Galar region Pokédex will be able to be imported from Pokémon Home into Sword and Shield."
