Description Dipper and Mabel vs The Future

I am strangely good at drawing sad mabels?????????  idk why... (well... better than I am with most things)
the shading was a challenge; I am trying out shading with strong colours in lowered opacity. does it look okay?

ugh... nothing is semetrical... everything is off shape! DX

I think it's better with shadows. And by the way, perfect symmetry is not necessary, such persons will not look natural, so almost symmetry is enough!
