The inappropriate Spongebob Timing Banner appeared during the infamous ending of Ed, Edd n Eddy's If It Smells Like an Ed (my most hated and despised episode of all) where after all the hell, pain, trauma, and torment Ed, Edd, and Eddy went through by the neighborhood kids due to the fact that they scold and wrongfully blame the trio for "ruining" Friendship Day they were celebrating, being (semi-incorrectly) a jerk to Kevin, committing a crime against Jonny 2x4, and for "lying", leading the three boys to be the Cul-de-sac's Most Wanted and get chased, beaten, hurt, taped to a fenced wall, fruit-pelted, and embarrassed, failing to prove their innocence, and while the coast is clear, Jimmy revealing to them that he, with the help from the Kanker sisters and Rolf as his patsy, was behind all of this and successfully framed them (never mind the fact that it was ONLY Eddy that gave him the embarrassing wedgy), Jimmy bribes the Kanker sisters the Eds as a reward for helping him frame them and getting them in a lot of trouble via finger snap and so the Kankers happily rip the section of the lane fence the Eds were taped on and drag their "boyfriends" off laughing with the Eds screaming in terror as they, after suffering the Cul-de-sac's cruelty and failing to clear their names, are about to get more tormented with some smooching, kissing, and harassing (presumably), while Jimmy (despite slipping a banana peel) is scott-free, laughing.No wonder I’m NEVER a Eds X Kanker fan and supporter!

Also, you have forgotten someone. Rolph had a part in Jimmy's scheme since he was given candy by Jimmy as a way to keep the Eds from figuring out that the little pipsqueak was responsible. I just don't get how Johnny can be so oblivious that he wouldn't see Jimmy tying him up, putting a gag around him and sticking him and Plank with glued candy.

Yeah, the editting for one shot in the cartoon was pretty mediocre. It went from Rolf having his mouth full of candy to it being completely normal and then back to being full.
The episode was pretty bad, if not one of the worse. The episode that I have one of the biggest problems takes place during winter time and Jimmy can't help but getting hurt, so he ends up joining Double D's safety club. He thinks that it will somehow save him from being his usual injury prone self, it does. However, he and Double D have a disagreement and Jimmy turns on Double D. Double D along with Ed and Eddy end up being imprisoned in the overturn dumpster, keeping them in there are the frozen icicles, which Ed is fervently licking away at. The school day ends and the kids laugh at the Eds as they leave for home. Jimmy promotes his version of the safety club and gives everyone a free safety helmet.
I mean, I do dislike it being mainly a Jimmy centered episode, but Jimmy didn't even get any repercussions. I know he didn't do anything and it was probably best to put the Eds in "prison" because of all the damages they (mainly Ed and Eddy) cause the school and it would probably be hypocritical to let Double D go since he usually enables his friends' destructive behaviors since he gave the two idiots that machine to get rid of the ice on the sidewalk. However, Double D wasn't the one giving them permission to turn the machine into a snow cone maker.
Also, Jimmy didn't seem to give two hoots about the Eds since he kept them imprisoned in there with only their autumn attire on and Eddy had to use the bathroom. Plus, they were getting frost bite and red noses. I am probably just over thinking this episode.
