It's Pit from Kid Icarus again! Whenever I have an urge to draw a character, I keep drawing them until I think my picture did them reasonable justice. That's why I drew him twice in a row
(It's actually eight times, but that's another story)I'm not sure how this lighting looks for y'all. It might be too messy or unclear. My ref was
[link] and he's on a beach... somewhere... And thanks to $dionyziz for the feedback, being Greek and all~

You're welcome. Honestly I think it looks fine, the blurriness adds to the effect.
I guess all artists are critical of their own work. But you don't need to be.

Love this! The lighting is what strikes me the most. You said you messed it up somehow... I dunno about that. I think its perfect for this one, it seems to bring the whole picture to life and add to its overall mood.

Drawing a character a billion times until you get it right, sounds about right for me. Either way, I really like this drawing of him. I think you did a great job on his face and he really looks like Pitt. His pose is done very well and you were able to make his robes look realistic instead of being just pasted on him. I love the warm, soft coloring here, it fits his character and is so easy on the eyes. Nice job on the background as well, nice to see an artist no skimp on stuff...

Ah, I skimped the background foliage, and the grass is from another image of mine, but it WAS drawn blade by blade, so I think it's justified
