The image is not very clear, maybe that's due to the lack of light which makes it difficult to control the clarity with only auto settings device. My advice for you is that you could try to increase more light in the room if you can, and since your cat seems like not wanna move at all, you could try to take a bunch of shot to get the best result as possible.
