It doesn't actually look like he running fail'd. Looks a lot more like something hooked onto his paws and made him fall forward, because otherwise he wouldn't have fallen with the way the legs move. The front paws dont move at all, which makes it look kinda unrealistic as far as movements go.
Good animation otherwise, though. Its really smooth and clean. c:
