Trying out this site instead to see how it feels: inkblot.art/profile/trelliamoI've been on and off active around DeviantArt since about, I want to say, 2005 or 2006.
Things were pretty simple then.
I miss that. Have for a while, along with the people I knew, though some of you are still here. Kind of.
I haven't posted anything on here this year since January.
This place has been feeling less and less great.
So have I, but meh, 3 years of a pandemic and then some will do that.
Every time I thought about submitting something, I just didn't.
Eclipse was/is its own mess, but ink-tober getting a wholehearted embrace/promotion here, the rampant art theft, allowance for AI art and now their own AI art generator (both art theft their own ways)...
Nails in the coffin indeed.
I won't be deactivating this account. Doing so doesn't carry much weight from me.
And maybe things will change eventually, we'll see.
But I've deleted just about everything, and won't be posting anything new.
Well, enough rambling.
