You should work to further refine the voice you gave Flowey at the start, dude!
It sounds like it can be refined to be something potentially unique that stands out on its own! *u*
It's not how I would personally perceive Flowey, but its still awesome! xD

I will say though you should work on maintaining the voices of characters since at some points
it seems like his voice shifted to another.
Try flexing your diaphragm and chest muscles a little when doing/tuning a voice. I may not be a voice actor anymore; but I
did learn you have a broader range of voices, pitches, and tones when you experiment this way.
Though its kinda hard to explain it through text. xD

Oy vey! I was afraid of people noticing that! But, at least it was just Flowey and not Sans (that's close to my normal speaking voice)
The voice I gave for Flowey at the time literally gave me a headache attempting to do it in one section, so I just decided to "mimic" it if you will, but at least you gave me feedback on it. It is greatly appreciated!

Not that "DOING" the voice at the time gave me a headache, it was hearing it over and over again!
"In one section"? Oh, in the very beginning. It sounded like Gollum for Lord of the rings, only less dementing.

Seems you already did it before my response, but I was gonna give you permission anyways so-- CONVENIENT! XD

I saw your dub, and you've got a pretty decent voice, but there are better ways than just using a phone to make a dub.

This is just food for future thought but you should try to find some Video Editing and Recording Software, but if you're strapped for cash, I believe both Windows and Mac computers have a video editing software that comes installed on them/free to get; I know its Windows Movie Maker on PCs, but I'm not sure what its called if you use a Mac, and I certainly know there are more than just those two out there.

Also, while I'm not someone who dubs comics, I do remember a free recording program called Audacity that was pretty awesome for voice acting-- granted that was a few years back but it should still be free and pretty dang good.

Yeah. Thank you, sorry I used my camera to record it... at the time I did this, my old Bandicam stopped working but I installed a new Bandicam earlier today. I might use this next time, thanks. I use Windows. You can use iMovie or Final Cut Pro if you use Mac.
