Soemthing I threw at my Wrath and Glory party.
Most of the things I make I don't really have the time to flesh out as well, so I try to stick to designs closer to thumbnails when making certain creatures.

The Mechanicus take many shapes and forms according to their lore, but its rarely ever explored with only rare exceptions and fanart the community tends to make. They're described having
far more abstract shapes and something that may not even pass as humans. They have limits on how far they go, and most of the time you'll simply see a human shaped Mechanicus, but with Hereteks,
all bets are off as they reject the restrictions and go all out. They can look anywhere from a normal techpriest to someone that has completely turned into a robot to someone that decided to become a robospider.

The Heretek here decided to reject humanity and embrace squid... Then graft a couple more arms to their body and add some claws.
To tell you what sort of guy he is, he worked at a factory that was responsible for creating a neat little thing called Servitors (with robots forbidden, the Mechanicus take and lobotomize criminals and vat clones, and convert them into automatons, computers, and even other devices). And that's not even the heretical part, that was a legitimate job in the Imperium.
What he did was smuggle psykers and other people, making them look like Servitors, planting some neural inhibitors on them to make them look the part, and send them off to god only knows where. Meanwhile having a side hustle of creating heretical automatons.
