You've really captured a lot of feeling with this. The skin tone and play with light is beautifully done. Although it is static there's still a feeling of almost a pause in the action just for the briefest moment. The eyes stand out and really draw you in, well done

The brightness of the lighting here gives great contrast, but the star is the source. Although a static portrait, it has a sense of form and life all its own.
