All I can say is wow. This photograph is exquisite. If you are not submitting this one to magazines and contests, then you, madam, are missing your calling. This is one of the most (if not the most) excellent photographs I have ever seen on deviantArt. The fact that you managed to capture this with a high shutter speed (which is really a prerequisite for this kind of shot) at ISO 100 is simply amazing.
The exposure of this shot is perfect, as is the composition of lights and darks. To be honest, I'm not sure I can find a single thing wrong with this shot. The only thing I can really notice that could stand improvement is the graininess of the background; and you used a low ISO speed to begin with, so I'm not even sure what you could do to improve that. I suppose you could try taking the original file and cropping it at a higher resolution, but that might not even work.
The only other thing I can think of in this shot that could use improvement is the depth of field, but that's almost a matter of personal taste in a shot like this. If you want to try (and I certainly wouldn't blame you if you don't), you could bump your ISO up to 200 and go with a higher f-number to increase your DOF slightly. Both of those (cropping and DOF) are suggestions more than problems. This shot is magazine quality. I am a very harsh critic who critiques many photos, and this is the first one I've ever given 5 stars in all four categories. You should be proud. Thank you very much, I didn't choose a higher ISO because my camera soon gets too much grain on the image...

Well, I usually recommend the lowest possible ISO speed (which you'll discover quickly if you read many of my critiques), but in your case, you might get some interesting results with a higher speed. Just a thought

I love this shot so much. It's like you have captured a moment in time when chaos can also be beautiful-- and that's just what this is, beautiful.
I also appreciate the similar colors; they go together nicely but still do not distract the eye from the precious form of the water droplets.
I say, friend, 3 hours of shooting seems very much worth it to me.
