Sky-Belle "CL0UD"

As a young girl, Jen Gardner lost her parents tragically, the two were caught in the crossfire of a drug trade gone bad. After completing school and finally being released from the orphanage that raised her, she set out on a brutal campaign against the current drug sweeping the streets of Neo-Shanghai, KLOUD 9. "Riding the nines," as it was called, involved a series of synthetic endorphins being injected into one's brain via electric plugs.

Her campaign was a success, causing the local druglords began to feel the financial hit. They all agreed to make an example out of Jen. After being kidnapped off the street, she was subjected to intense torture, leading to both of her hands being shattered beyond repair. As a final insult, they hooked her up to a amplifier, planning to administer an overdose of KLOUD 9 and leave her for dead.

The combination of the adrenaline and drugs had a unique effect on her biology, and rather than kill her, it made her better. Stronger. After escaping from her presumed death trap, she was discovered by local hacker Star after she inadvertently shorted out a power grid. Replacing her hands with a pair of custom cybernetics, Star helped Jen learn control over the seemingly endless supply of electric current within her veins.

With new resolve and purpose, CL0UD had made it her mission to end the drug menace in her city, and ensure that no child is ever forced to endure what she had.
