Description
This took me four days... four days... It hurts my brain. Predator hunts down powerful creatures in the universe, he's from a movie that came out in the 80's, for those of you who don't know. Master Chief is the main character in Halo. He fights aliens. So I thought they should go a round or two. I have no clue who'd win. The predators are basically elites, but with less gear and armor, chief has killed many pf them, and regular humans have killed predators in the past, so chief wouldn't have a problem

Master Chief is no match for Predator. Predator doesn't need guns to kill his enemies, he uses his knife. They have thermal vision while Chief doesn't. Predator is super fast, super smart and super cleaver. Master Chief would need the scorpion to win. No wait, Predator will bring down the Scorpion just by cutting it up to bits. Predator fights elite enemies. If Predator sees anyone with a gun, that enemy is a goner.

Well, considering they are two legendary sci-fi icons... But since I'm a diehard Halo fan, I had to go with Chief.

Well, one thing I'll give Predator, he has heat vision and laser programmed weaponry with an invisibility cloak and relies on stealth while the Chief goes in gung-ho all guns blazing.

The chief has the same thing in his helmet and with what the plasma cannon has shown in the movies it nothing compared to what the chief has face in the novel. Covenant weapons are known for taking huge chunks from people the plasma pistol can blow peoples heads off, he has been hit by anti tank missile or just 1 and survived give that he had a broken ankle and other injuries, he has been hit by fuel rod cannons that are known for disintegrating humans completely.

Ah, I see. Well, I guess, you have to use your imagination in the books because if the stuff in the books was in the game, it'd probably be too graphic. That's just me. I mean look at Gears of War and how graphic it is.

The mark vs shields took 50mm gun fire and only dropped the shields half way.

Fuel rods are described as being able to vaporize people and in all the games if shoot a marine with a fuel rod the marine dies with no other viable injuries and not being vaporize by the explosion as well if you shoot them in head you see blood but no injuries or better yet the marines head is gone and brain matter all over the place.
If the game mechanics were more in tune with the EU we will see marines being vaporize, marines with no arms or legs or huge holes in them with allot of third degree burns.
Essential instead of a marine begin able to survive multiple covenant plasma pistol shots he would be lucky to survive 1. The MJOLNIR being penetrated with only 1 shot, granted it was a 2525 model.
Energy sword being able to cut through a tank and a bunch of dismember ODST's.
If you tell me I'll would rather stick with the game mechanics were my back up can at least stay alive for the first few minutes and the game won't be in legendary difficulty at all times with no back up and outnumbered 1 to 1000 most times.

Its funny because predators clocking is more of a joke when anyone with good eye sight can clearly see it.
Best option for pred is to try and snipe the chief from far away, even then it will be hard as the MJOLNIR shields can tank several 50mm rounds.
You ain't going to sneak up on the chief when MJOLNIR audio system is powerful enough to hear the drop of a needle at over 100 meters away and this is for the MARK V armor.

Although.... the Chief does have enhanced capabilities such as better eye vision, unbreakable bones, super human strength, etc. So that would have to be taken into account...

Low end for the spartans as this was right after they received their agumentions and was said that over time they will only get faster and stronger.
Begin able to dodge mini gun fire, so fast it was supernaturaly fast as it was described as, kicked a guy in the marl 1 armor over 8 meters away, dodged a round at point blank range, can run at burst of up to 55kph, reaction so fast it is impossible to chart, estimated at 20 milliseconds and it will be faster during combat when adrenalin is pumping, this is before they received their MJOLNIR armor.
If you want I'll even give you the quote for it, that's if you haven't read TFoR yet and if you consider TFoR as cannon.

I want to say the Chief would win, as he is an expert on killing aliens such as the predator, but a predator is no mere alien, so who knows... I'd still want Chief to win though.

I hate elite zealots. ... Well if I play on Legendary. They take forever to beat. That being said, they probably could take on a predator, though I'm still not sure that they'd live. Might be a tie.

An elite zealot is like a pred in steroids, 1 to 3 feet taller then most preds, physically stronger, hax shields that take forever to penetrate, hand to hand combat is suicide, as they extremely fast really strong and are extremely skilled with the energy sword. And preds clocking will be a joke to them.
The only thing that pred has that is a threat to an elite zealot will be the plasma caster and he will have th charge the fk out of it if he wants to get through its shields.

Well, the Spartans have Overhuman Strength and Stuff. They are a little bit like a Human-Version of a Predator...
At last in Close Combat, Master Chief should be Hell alerted - a Predator should be a lot of Danger even to a Spartan

lol i bet the chiefs helmet would look really nice hanging off a trophy belt...
one thing tho... the assault rifle looks a bit off... to small. kinda like an smg. i suppose you could redo the assault rifle and make it bigger, or you could make it look more like an smg, OR you could not bother doing anything at all because regardless of how big the chiefs gun is this pic is still AWESOME!
