I made this 2 years ago. ^v^ I wanted to develop a power system that I could use and refer to when/if I get around to making stories and comics.
It's a bit rough after having my eyes off of it for 2 years, but it was a fun project and I'm really happy with how the notes came out!
But yeah, this is Mata, I've always been a big fan of systems that allow you to choose your power. Granted, you'll need to put the work in.
