You see, the simple and- quite honestly, obvious fact is that seems to have eluded the right lately is that, before putting someone in prison, they have to have been charged and successfully convicted of a crime.
So... what exactly would she be skipping the country from?

The same reason why she never used her Constitutional Rights - Right to have Search Warrants against her be produced and Reasonable Searches done, the Right to an Attorney, an Right to a Fair and Speedy Trial, a Right to One Judge or Twelve of her Peers to decide whether she is Guilty or Not Guilty, the Right to Not Self-Incriminate Herself while testifying, the Right to Double Jeopardy, the Right to Innocent Until Proven Guilty.
In every sense of the Constitution, Hillary refused to use any of her Constitutional Right that are afforded EVERY CITIZEN when it comes to being accused of a crime.
Because Hillary believes she is 'Above The Law', she still doesn't realize she could save herself and her reputation if she would use her Rights.

As someone who has to maintain a security clearance, she should be riding in a cell right now. Transferring or storing classified materials on an unsecured device is punishable by up to a twenty year incarceration. Sandy Berger Peter Van Buren John Deutch Bryan Nishimura Kristian Saucier Jason Brezler Jessica Lynn Quintana and Donald Willis Keyser were all prosecuted for mishandling classified information for far less serious offenses then Hillary. She could be charged tomorrow or never. Its solely up to the justice dept right now.
So tell me truthfully, Benghazi doesn't bother you? Deleted govt E-mails doesn't bother you? Misuse of donations from the Clinton foundation doesn't bother you? Etc... Again, one set of rules for us and a different set for political criminals like Hillary.

Jokes aside, it may well happen. Hillary Clinton had to win a stay in the White House or face a stay in the Big House. Trump will probably send special prosecutors after the Clinton Foundation and Benghazi, at the very least. Civil suits by the families of the four Americans from Benghazi may follow shortly, and those cannot be wiped away in a pardon from Obama. It might be good for the CLintons to take a four-year vacation abroad...very far abroad.
