I believe they have came out in France a couple of weeks ago. Not sure how the distribution works but check out the place you would normally buy your comics from, ( comic shop, news stand ) and see if it's available. Or better yet check online, locally in France and google it, might be the fastest way to find a shop near you.

i think i'll buy them in english at least .
But it's a complete comics ? I mean, i don't wanna buy a detective comics or else, i would like " Nightrunner" first volume !
Cause customers sells Comics more exepensive than US prices .

The two Nightrunner stories I worked on are running in Detective Comics Annual#12, and Batman Annual#28. These are the first appearance of Nightrunner and the origin story of NIghtrunner which I did the artwork for. They should be out in France now. Good luck, let me know if you get to pick them up.
