Balto the hyper-energetic brother of the Mightytuff Boys, always ready to pick a fight with anybody to proove he's superior.(Even if it's his brother Brody) He isn't very bright and follows his Brother Blaine without question unless Brody says otherwise. To which he is confused and doesn't know who to listen to, (Brody may be easily annoyed by Balto's childish antics but does care deep down, while Blaine only cares about his personal gain) When Balto sees a pretty girl he is instantly in love (although things don't work out for him ). His biggest weakness is his overconfidence, no matter the situation he believes he can achieve with pure determination.
