Chara might think Frisk's just bending the rules for herself, so that's why he calls Frisk that. But yeah, Frisk's courage strikes back and shows how emotional blackmail is problematic itself (though, I'd say this example is a not very high level of manipulation. It usually takes more time and has to be more subtle)

Frisk breaking the fourth wall must be confusing for everyone but herself and Chara. Though, I think that Sans is smart enough to figure it out. Especially since his face is no longer being forced into the grass. Also, Frisk broke Chara's number one rule. Though, I do think that it was necessary in order to get through to him in this situation. Especially since Chara probably said things of a similar nature to Asriel in order to keep him under their thumb

Playing the genocide run reveals a lot of Chara and Asriel's relationship. To me, Asriel was under Chara's thumb even years later and trusting Chara is what lead to his end
