Huh, So Chara actually does care about Frisk..
They are like..That roomate you have who likes murdery stuff and also pretends to be a villain to hide their pain and sorrow, AKA Basically hiding their depression like Sans but they are a bit more murdery and violent.
I guess It's better than those totally evil Chara's people make.
I prefer Redemption Run Chara's that are either drunk, sad or even better, BOTH.
But I'm fine with this.

Its only till you read the latest part of the story that it seems like Chara is lying to Sans; Frisk can still wake up. He's hiding this fact from Sans for whatever reasons.

Actually Chara didn't know Frisk would return at that moment, he believed Frisk wouldn't come back again.
Then he just didn't mention anyone the fact of Frisk's return when he knew it. (and of course Chara wouldn't tell sans XD)

So this Chara is the 'lovable prick'. I've read comics with that premise before, but it's unfinished. Shame, too. That art was pretty good, too.
