"It was easy to figure out the preparation..." ("Was" should be used since Chara is referencing to a past event.)
"First of all, I saw Toriel and the skeleton discussing...." (The event being talked about is in the past as well, but was an ongoing past action, so -ing would be correct as opposed to -ed.)
"Sorry, I exaggerated too much." or "Sorrh, I was exaggerating too much."
"See? It wasn't that hard to figure out." (It makes more sense given the previous dialogue.)
"...your new boots were designed for long walks," or "... your new boots are designed for a long walk,"
"Hm, that is... a smart conjecture... You may know who I'm already dating."
"...and always seemed to be waiting for something to happen."
"He did?!" or "Did he now?!"
"After organizing all the events..." or "After organizing every event..."
