Generally you draw "cheeks" when Chara is the one in control nut Frisk has not "cheeks" so it could be Chara in control, seen what happen to Frisk last pages
or it's really Frisk and she is still traumatized by what happened during her sleep

Well. I'm not sure how you got this conjecture. Considering the context of Frisk's experience, Chara is unlikely to be the reason that triggers her reactions at the moment. (Nobody says the medicine is to hurt or kill Chara, either)
And it's Frisk now. If you want to make sure about this.

Badly planned experiment! What can you expect, though, he IS a quantum physicist and not a pharmacist after all... XD Somehow, I suspect Frisk will still be fine (otherwise this might just be the world's worst plot twist in the history of fanart... XD)!

I think Alphys has some experiences of Chemistry or medical science. She made determination experiments after all (Although they ended up unsuccessful...)
Besides, Sans can still develop other studies of science if he wants. But that's beyond the official information anyway.

True, but by the looks of it that is also not exactly her area of expertise, more like tech person (judging from MTT's body and all the gadgets she made to "help" Frisk "fight" him). And yeah, Sans probably could and does broaden his knowledge but this is still not something you can learn overnight (even if you are a closet genius like him). And besides, they were both in a rush to stop Chara, so even if they knew what they were doing they might still have made a mistake. That being said, these are just my musings, not writing to explicitly contradict you or anything! 
P.S. I just realised I wrote pharmacist instead of pharmacologist... which is what I actually meant.

Actually, their research wasn't done in one night. I have talked something about this on Tumblr before.
And yes, the explanation on the next page will be talking more about this affair and maybe can answer some of your questions.
