yeah, i designed her for a story of mine that i'm working on and i wanted to give her some cool piebald markings (which i'm still trying to memorize lmao)
also, multi limbs cause this ''dragon species never developed flight'' so they just kinda have those extra arms ^^ the extra eyes would be for better night and surroundings vision, since each pair can move separately :v
