KAIΣAΡ (Caesar) - the leader of the sentient beings from an alternate dimension. The sentients are distinguishable from other beings by their pale white skin and their sentient core embedded in their chest. These beings are born savages eating their own kind from birth. As they consume more organic materials they grow and become more articulate and advanced. eventually after devouring countless organisms they can form a core and become sentient. In the sentient phase these beings operate like logical organisms capable of intellectual thought, communication and construction. Under the wise leadership of KAIΣAΡ the sentients have managed to create a metropolis in which they can live harmoniously.
