Numbface head variants. these images are side views of the Numbface's head.

the Numbfaces have identical behavior patterns to the nurses. the only difference between the two is that the Numbfaces move more clumsily and the nurses move more glitchy. the numb face is constantly opening and closing its mouth lazily as if its face were "numb" and it was trying to restore feeling to it but it never can. when they walk they move awkwardly with their pigeon toed feet and sway their torso side to side allowing their arms and head to dangle slightly. like the nurses, numb faces are more intelligent than the usual silent hill enemies and can wield weapons. the Numbfaces make short scattered humming sounds as if they were imitating human speech. you can also here them coming sometimes by the sound of their pipes dragging the ground.
