It depends on what war you are thinking on. In the third tiberium war the brotherhood use planes to spread tiberium. So why not a seeder?. The ideas looks like a NOD idea. But the farms are not. The farms look more like GDI because the brotherhood are spreading it randomly over big areas not controleld in smal areas.
So this thing is a GDI thing but the NOD counterpart would be a tankertruck who sprey tiberium''seeds'' around.xD
