My eyes are really weird anyways, they change color at random so I can't really get a good eye shadow that matches well with blue, blue-green, green, and brown.

That is respectable. Once you start wearing it, it becomes difficult to stop, and then you only look tired when not wearing it.
There is always this girl I see at my school how overdoes the eyeliner... she practically puts some bloody wings on her eyes.

The girls at my school put mascara on and maybe a small touch of eyeshadow.
...There are a few who make their faces really bright with eyeshadow, eyeliner, lip gloss, and some other makeup.

Ugh... I cannot imagine how they can stand wearing all of that makeup. Lip gloss is so annoying and sticky. Really? Is having shiny/sparkly lips honestly attractive to men? I really don't like it when girls paint on their eyebrows; it's just so trashy looking [unless done properly anyway, but that is rarely ever the case].
