Personality:Negative and mouthy. Does not ever think before she speaks. As a teenager she clearly is an adult and knows better than you. She is stupid and cocky and annoying. As a result she has few friends and likes to sneak out at night to run around her other form. I forgot obnoxious. She's obnoxious/rude.

History/home world:

Her home reality is a slightly futuristic version of current earth were a genetic mutation exists that causes Chimerism in a small percentage of the population.

The official policy of the government is tolerance and acceptance of their Chimera citizens, however the racism (For lack of a better word) and general inequality is blatant, though this is how the world had always been and the general population sees nothing wrong with it. There are also VERY strict rules on when a Chimera can change forms, which requires a permit be carried. (This is usually for things like work related activities, such as construction for example)

Chimera must carry with them at all times a special ID card with a decal on it declaring them a Chimera. On the flip side of the normal ID (Which everyone carries) there is a secondary ID that discloses their Chimera traits and vitals.

They must also regularly submit to blood tests and psychological evaluations as there is a percentage of the population that goes bat-shit fucking insane sometimes (And must be delt with by a special police force) and they are usually able to screen for the spontaneous mutation that causes the onset.

Being a little shit and know it all teenager, EELface is an unregistered Chimera (Which is very very illegal)

Tail:
She can open and close her tail sideways but is not able to stand it up in a fan like a real peacock.

Gills:
She is comfortable in the water and can breathe via gill-slits. to swim she makes circular spiral motions in the water as she is an awkward shape to swim, despite having gills.

Charge:
EELface it capable of generating an electrical charge in her Chimera form which charges the air around her, though you would need to touch her to get shocked/stunner(or in her general vicinity in water) She does not remember she can do this when she lands in heth. She is also form locked a chimera and doesn't remember a lot.

It's not perfect, but there it is. I'll be submitting this to Heth once I decide where to start her and whatnot. Though I foresee killing myself if i have to colour her more than once per challenge.

She's a stupid cocky 18 year old that knows better than everyone, especially you. She is also an unregistered Chimaera, which is not allowed in the world she comes from. They are tolerated but not really accepted. The government and people in general put on a good show of racial tolerance but Chimaera are still required to register what combination they are and what they are capable of in that form.
