Finally got around to fixing Dylan's mer design. The only changes really made were color changes. Made him less dark so he is easier to see and made him a tad bit more red. Other than that his design is pretty much the same.
Also with this drawing and the Mer!Ghost one, I had drawn them with Sai V2 to see how different it is. I quite like it minus a few changes here and there. I am still trying to fix my pen tool so my lines are easier to grab with the selection tools. Don't know if that made sense.
