The program used in that tutorial is a program called Macromedia Flash MX 2004. You should be able to download a 30 day trial of it from somewhere if you Google "Macromedia Flash MX 2004 trial".

Hmm, that does make a pretty nice ID... it perfectly shows the bright, happy style that makes your art so wonderful! Don't get me wrong, your last one was good as well, mind you... this one just has more pretty colors in it though!
