Description
This is one of my wobbly "emoticups." He's probably my favorite I've ever made. The base is curved, so he wobbles or rocks, but won't fall over. Someone called him my "Mr. Peanut cup".Wheel thrown hand painted porcelain with yellow glaze. Fired to cone 5.

Awww, how adorable! I've never thrown on a wheel before, is it tricky to throw something with a round bottom?

Not terribly. You just leave enough clay on your base so you can flip it over and trim it into a round shape later. You basically shape the outside after throwing so it rocks.
