I mostly use the default brushes. But for this one there are three painting brushes I like to use.
One of them is actually copied from someone else. But I will post my brush settings to my scraps if you would like to see them.

I would love to see them 
It would be really awesome to know how you go about your layering and such aswell. I seem to really struggle with paint tool sai and the whole process of making a drawing, especially when it comes to the eyebrows/lashes and eye outline
