Description
Incomprehensible message transmuted and reiterated in a thousand contradictory descriptions by the thousand different tongues of the strays happening upon the audience hall at the outermost thresholds of the dragon sleeping whose fleeting gaze alone has vanquished dynasties aeon-birthing but now long-forgotten, so would be more than sufficient to boil the flimsy yet existent beings of bureaucrats, politicians, charlatans, and other subspecies of the inbred and fledgling caste otherwise known as 'Whore' within their brittle armor of purely theoretical symantix which crumbles in the very air beyond their sanctuaries of cowardice, but the sleeping dragon shall not expend such effort to slaughter adversaries unworthy as these idolatrous puppets hewn from spare meat, rather the breath it exhales in slumber gently incinerates quivering meat to the point of madness yet not annihilation, preparing them as a feast for the wise scarabs toiling across the vast stepps of centuries-eroded dung stretching below whilst the unseen dragon sleeps suspended amidst the starlit vaults high above.Copyright Wiley Trieff 2012.

I am in love with this one! The details are phenomenal as always but the colors are amazing!

heh, gracias, with the pictures I try to let my mind run apeshit, so with the captions there is no point in trying to provide a typically academic-styled explanation.

Thank you as always, I especially liked your recent Barron-influenced one as well. The last name similarity really gets me, because he is quickly becoming every bit as good as Burroughs in my opinion.

Thank you!
You know, you're right about Barr...roughs! I didn't think of him that way but... you're right!

Well that's a winning combination, I am flattered someone thinks that about something I've done. Thank you very much.

Yes indeed. A convocation of torment realised for Our Pleasure.
We like it!

Thank you. Indeed human torment is a justifiably beautiful thing.

Why thank you. Your pictures are much better than mine, especially the one I just favored, but I certainly won't complain about a talented fellow practitioner speaking favorably about something I've done.

I'm glad you got to like them. I'm no artist really. Just a twisted soul with really bad nightmares when she actually does sleep! I love your work.

Actually don't worry about that, that thing looks hilarious. I'd never bothered to look at the icons very close before. Maybe I'll just use that icon whenever I talk you. I won't do so with 'everyone' because such an offbeat thing would confuse most people and make them cry.
As for the magazine, I'll get all the proper information together and send you a note now that I know they've been getting through.

.....wow....
I had been wondering when I would see some new work from you as it had been awhile, but now I see why. The ammount of detail in this is mind-numbing. I can't begin to imagine how many house you put into this. Fucking fantastic work man. Seriously. There seems to be a wider palate of color in this than in some fo your previous works. It's vibrant, but yet still rustic and dreary. A difficult combination to pull off for sure. I love how the setting strikes me as what was once achurch that has been long sicne overtaken by teh elements, both natural and supernatural. And the cloaked figures with the bird skull faces are an especially nice touch.

Sorry for taking so long to reply man...
Thanks for your thoughts, but I am honestly kind of pissed off at this picture. It may be because my efforts have been divided between entirely different paintings lately, but this one didn't turn out the way I wanted, not that any of them do, but this one collapsed 'way' short of the intended target. On top of all this, my fuckin' computer refused to save it at max resolution even though I've done this with my last few paintings. It looks at little bit better in person I suppose, at least I believe it does, oh well.
They won't come soon, I rarely am able to time it so that I can get these things to the copy place anyway, but you probably won't have to wait quite as long for them in the future. By the way, have you received any of my notes, like the one linked to the webpage dealing with the lost Legacy of Kain content for the sequel that never was? Tell me if you have, there is a new small magazine I contributed to recently and looking at some of the other artists involved, your work would fit in very well there if you were interested.

I have the issue of my work not turning out the way I want to more often than not. I can sympathize. Nevertheless, I still think its a great piece. I can't so much relate to the scanning issue because I'm a cheap bastard and I just take pictures of my work on my phone.
I did get your notes with the concept art, I replied to them...or at least I thought I did. I had an initial reaction of excitement seeing it, followed very quickly by a sinking disappointment that it will never see the light of day. I would love to see what they could have done with nosgoth with the graphics capabilities of this generations consoles.
So, there's a magazine that's been publishing your art? I am most certainly interested, I'd like to hear more. Especially now that Finders Creepers closed. I have all my pieces hanging in my basement right now with lack of anywhere else to put them. What type of magazine is it?
