Another request featuring Minerva Mink & Julie Bruin, this one is for Gygtoonstudio85 .
Don't know the context of this picture, maybe they were seeing who could hold their breath longer.
& I guess they have water proof makeup. I don't know, they're cartoon characters, things don't need to make sense.
Anyway, I tried to get the underwater look right & am pretty happy with the result.
They are some big bubbles, but that was part of the request.
