How do you define badass? Is it the moment that character can be ;tough' even as cute as it is on the outside?... no...
Is it being able to do amzing stunts, and survive every one? Not really...
Is it the anti establishment, or being able to spew out catch phraises?
No.... We have too many that say their baddass. They usually apply, but arent the main focus.

What it does mean, to me, is having a character you respect. A character, willing to bust their balls, back and neck, to protacter something they love, sometimes not mattering what it is. Or even, just experiencing it, and living, not matter what it is, or why, and without bitching about it later. It would also be one you wouldnt want to mess with, period, be it hero or villian, or one that resembles both.

Does this character, daniel packarus, apply...no, actually. He's really someone who wants everything around him clean, but is to afraid to go out an do it....unless he had...say... immortallity. He has good intentions, but as we know, it dosent always turn out that way. But, man, i need to let other characters have some light shone in on them, not just trigger.
