Nothing beats that, though sometimes I go with 20 Prism tanks for Allies, bring a couple of IFVs for AA. Bring Rhinos for ground protection in the case of Kirovs. Beating AI is funny.

Soviet - 5 Kirovs
Yuri - Yuri Prime solo, sell the entire base.

This is usually how I end the mission where you are sent to capture Yuri (which I am coincidentally about to play again - not much to do at college now after the exam period so I began to play RA2).
My favorite unit for the Soviet side alongside with Terror drones to kill enemy AA units
As for the Allies, I prefer comination of rocketeers with land group of Mirage tanks + carriers if there is water and then I hit hard, fast and often.
Thank God there werent promotions in the old RA, or nobody would have stood a chance against elite Mammoth tanks (or elite cruiser)

Oh, one more thing...You should design a base with heavy defenses, and the caption should be the same as this except the word "Offensives" should be in the place of "Base".

Awesome shot , bring's back good memories .But you know the Upgrade for the Kirov in RA3 is not so bad
