Peach swore she heard her ribs resonate from the impact, but she couldn't think about the damage- the only thing she could listen to was her body screaming in excruciating pain. She couldn't help her crumpled body from involuntarily twitching all over. Even though Peach secretly liked being in pain, this was a different league entirely.
"H-help.... anybody... please..." she pleaded in her thoughts. "It hurts... It hurts so much!!!". She wanted to moan with everything she had, anything to take away from the incredible sensation, but she couldn't no matter how hard she tried! There was no oxygen left in her lungs. She tried breathing in, but that only made the pain absolute torture to endure. Her mind began to scream out desperately for air.
"I CAN'T..." she began to panic. "I CAN'T BREATHE!!!"

Edit: I didn't mean to come off as her rib bones directly breaking, since the area she got hit is primarily made of cartilage. I just wanted to sell the impact of the hit that even Peach's bones ache and left it ambiguous. Just to clarify if you're worried: (spoilers) she's not injured, she just took a really devastating hit that even her bones hurt.
