I like to consider them visiting either a lovers grave, or perhaps even Bantu's grave, because lets be honest, Bantu was an old geezer even for dragon standards, if even HE had that many wrinkles.

Honestly, my first thought when seeing this was Tiki bringing Nowi to Bantu's grave.

This is no particular scene in game just one I thought up. The story behind this one is that Tiki, seeing Nowi falling in love with a human (Chrom, Robin, whoever you choose), brings her to her first human love's grave. It's a moment where Nowi realizes the weight of her long age, and that one day those humans who she loves will perish while she still lives on.
