Side of the headgear.There is too much wrong with it to mention everything, though most glaring is the colour and lack of decals.

How did you make the headset? i'll be attempting to cosplay Raiden myself so any tips on the jaw and visor would be appreciate

I made clay versions of everything, poured molds and cast the pieces of my headset in plastic. Due to to time and budget constraints, the pieces themselves are all affixed to my skin, except for the sound traps.
As for the visor, that was a last minute fix when a piece broke. In that picture the visor is attached to a clear headband via a great deal of hot glue.
My lip is all makeup, once again to to lack of time to make the actual translucent jaw.
What is pictured is far from complete, though. I will once again be remaking everything (this is version 2).
