Kinda been outta the manipping/painting scene for about a year now.. so this was a fun refresher.This is a contest piece I submitted utilizing preselected stock. And yes I will be submitting a convenient link tomorrow so I can bribe you guys for votes.

Very proud of you baby, glad you could be inspired again to do a manip, now finish the other you had in the works. You have even inspired me to get my ass drawing again, and I may even start posting here ... so hopefully next week the drawing table will have the dust blown off ... Just have to use it.

dang it, i left a comment a little while ago and something happened - it didn't go through. 
anyways, as i was saying.. i love this! honestly the smaller version of this doesn't do it justice after seeing the preview. the concept is so creative and inspirational. i love the colors and all the bubbles! esp the ones in the tub which i hadn't even noticed until i seen the preview!

I really like the colors here shannon, reminds me of a swedish summer. I love the concept and the imagery you chose to incorporate your vision.
I wonder how the composition would work out they if you saw more of the sky vertically. Imagination knows no boundary and I feel like I'm being cut out of the full scene by having the cropping very close to the edge of the house.

yeah i did at one time think about expanding that... but the larger it'd have gotten the less the detail would pop out. i feel l've already lost enough being cut the way it is. Guess you gotta choose your battles eh?
