Background-

I don't know how this happened to me... you'd think being the daughter of a superheroine and a time traveling soldier from the future would be pretty cool, but, then, you'd be wrong. You see, somehow, I take after both of them and in a world where "muties", the derogatory term for "mutants", those people born with a unique "x-factor" in their DNA, can lift mountains with the sheer force of their minds, I have just one power. I die. Every day. Precisely at midnight. No matter what I do.

Powers and Abilities-

Pretty dumb power, huh? Yes, it's true, I die every day. Specifically every twenty-four hours, right at midnight. The good news? No matter what happens to me during that day, no matter how hurt I get, I'm all better by morning. The bad news? Even the simple things like having children is impossible for me. Oh, and I can remember each and every death I experience. Clearly. No matter how gruesome.

If I should happen to get killed before midnight, my body will disintegrate and I will resurrect sometime later, usually in a nearby location, once again fully intact. Unfortunately, I have no control over where I resurrect or how long it will take. Sometimes it's mere minutes, other times it doesn't happen until it otherwise would have, a few hours after midnight. Also, even if I die earlier in the day, I die _again_ at midnight.

Weapons and Gear-

I suppose I have one advantage over most people- I was cleaning and loading daddy's antique 1890's .44 revolver when my powers first manifested, so that, and the clothing I was wearing, also resurrect with me every day, so even if somebody wrecks my gun, I eventually get it back. But, when three quarters of the mutants out there are bulletproof, that's not much help, either. Makes me glad my daddy insisted on teaching me to shoot from a young age. At least I can make every shot count.
