1. As a critique... Cadence's eyes look far too large, to my view. They are literally pushing upon the borders of her face.
2. Another (semi-)critique... Looks like you are missing the gold filigree on the sides of The Crystal Heart for Cadence's Cutie Mark (or perhaps my poor eyes cannot see it against the pink). But since you have very little space to place a Cutie Mark, I can understand having to skimp a little there 
3. As a refinement... Socks for Cadence's sneakers? I would suggest low dark-purple socks, to contrast against her pink sneakers; but low plain-white socks would likely be more functional & viewer-believable.
4. Other than that, you portray "teen" Cadence perfectly with the short-sweater and short-jeans, perfectly.
5. I do not see anything wrong with child-Twilight. Adorable work there.

I guess I can see why the eyes are large. The filigree is there, but it vanishes against the pink. I don't draw the cutie marks by the way. I used the one drew. But I didn't make any refinements.
As you can see, this cadance has rounded cheeks like present day Twilight, but sharper cheeks in her current form. It's to emphasize growth supposedly. Though I think it'll look weird to some people.
I just simply don't like drawing socks, pretty much. It gives a little more work when I clean up overlapping colored lines. But yes, I agree that it'll make it more believable.
I liked how Twilight turned out too. No questions asked.
