Quick colors I did for this last Battle-Artist Color Battle. Sadly I wasn't able to finish it in time. Gave it a quick wrap up tonight.Enjoy!

Nice! I like the smoke effect! It's too bad you weren't able to get it done in time. I've been wanting to participate in the BA color battles for a while too, but just know that with my currently work load I'd never meet the deadline for them. I had to content myself with helping out by providing the flats - since I find flats to be relaxing these days. I kind of do them as a "warm up" for my commission work.Β

I hear ya on the lack of time. Up until this week I was working days and didn't have much free time on my hands. Now I'm back to swings so I hope that I can grow my gallery a bit more. Mostly due to my friends also pressuring me to do something with my coloring instead of just sitting on the sidelines.
Hope the pro work is keeping you in the cheddar.
Feel free to do the flats for any of the upcoming battles this year. It's nice to just focus on painting for a change.

And I'll definitely be trying to do more of the flats for the color battles in the future. It's nice to be able to contribute to the battles - in any way I can. The group is fun and I just wish the battles where two weeks long - that way I could join in. heheh

yeah, it's kinda why when i enter i just enter black and whites. there just isn't enough time to color the pieces as well as submit them. a week just isn't enough

Yeah, I agree. It would be nice if the battles ran 2 weeks long. I think there would be less people that are "no shows" or just not able to get them done in time.

yeah, i've noticed a few that get done just after the deadline.Β so i too would like more time. plus like with the spidey one i just didn't feel like i had time for colors in between commissions.
