I never watched much Ninja Turtles, but I thought April was pretty attractive. The fact that she got tied up every other episode probably inspired a legion of BDSM followers too. Lol. Personally, I think there should have been more mind control.Related content

April was pretty hot for a cartoon character. On an artistic note, she looks like she's wearing an impossibly tight corset under the jumpsuit.

I believe April O' Neil had her mind controlled in the Turtles cartoon on three separate occasions.
I believe they are in the episodes "Pirate Radio", "Super Bebop & Mighty Rocksteady" (Or I might have that title backwards) and "Catwoman From Channel 6"
In Pirate Radio, Shredder used the office of a radio DJ to spread a hypnotic spell through the town to make them all mindlessly walk into a portal to dimension X.
April fell under the spell, so did her friend Irma, and Michelangelo. April was particularly cute in that one, repeating her orders in a really awesome way. (Her voice actor did a phenomenal job on those lines)
in "Super Bebop and Mighty Rocksteady" during an attempt to use the Channel 6 antenna to broadcast a hypnowaves, the newcasters of Channel 6 all got turned into mindless zombies, repeating "You command... I obey". Irma and April are really awesome in that scene.
And "Catwoman From Channel 6" has Shredder transforming April into a humaniod feline that must obey Shredder's orders and calls him "master".
I would definitely suggest tracking down these three episodes as they are some of my personal favorite hypno scenes in animation.
