I use "macro" in the sense of "reaction face", it's just a normal image.

Not exactly, I think the Add Drawing option only lets you draw stuff by hand and can't add premade images, though I can be wrong.
But image macros are widely used on other sites, like tumblr, different boorus, image boards like ponychan, etc.
